Where enquiries go
The website sends enquiries to info@denentiq.com through its configured mail service. The public enquiry form does not create a patient record, account, or subscription. Mail delivery must be configured for the live website.
Website registration
Registration contact details, practice details, selected plans and progress are stored in the Denentiq app, including incomplete registrations. Authorized staff can review these records. Secure email links let you resume. The website uses a separate session cookie to maintain registration access, and the app stores hashed access tokens. Submitting a registration requests staff review; it does not collect payment or automatically activate an account. Do not enter patient information. Contact info@denentiq.com about corrections or deletion requests; the retention schedule remains subject to final review.
Online checkout
After registration, you may pay through an available hosted payment gateway. The app retains the selected offer, initial amount, currency, payment references, attempt history and confirmed payment status. Payment details are entered with the gateway; the website does not receive card numbers. The gateway processes information under its own terms and privacy notice. Registration and checkout use the same secure website session.
Website operation
The website uses a session cookie to protect enquiry submissions. A short-lived rate-limit record uses a hashed network address to limit repeated submissions.
